HUAWEI Malaysia has launched the latest WATCH GT 7 Series, featuring the WATCH GT 7 in 46mm and 41mm sizes alongside the WATCH GT 7 Pro for everyday wellness, training, and outdoor adventures.
As mentioned, the HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 comes in 46mm and 41mm sizes, with the 46mm model available in Yellow, Blue and Black, while the 41mm version comes in Pink, Blue, White and Grey. Meanwhile, the WATCH GT 7 Pro is offered in Yellow, Green and Black, featuring a nano-tech ceramic bezel, aerospace-grade titanium alloy frame, and sapphire glass for enhanced durability.
Across the series, triple protection includes a super-hard metal coating, IP69 dust resistance, and 5 ATM water resistance. The new HUAWEI EasyCross Strap also features a tuck-under design for a secure and comfortable fit, while the AMOLED displays reach up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness for improved outdoor visibility.
Powered by HUAWEI’s high-silicon stacked battery technology, the WATCH GT 7 Pro and GT 7 46mm offer up to 21 days of battery life under light-use conditions, while the 41mm model provides up to 14 days. The series also supports Touch ’n Go QR Payment and is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.
For Malaysian users, the series introduces the HUAWEI-exclusive Diabetes Risk Study, a Universiti Malaya-led research initiative that uses PPG pulse-wave signals alongside factors such as age, gender, height and weight to assess potential diabetes risk after three to 14 days of continuous wear. The feature is designed to raise awareness and encourage professional advice where appropriate, rather than serve as a diagnostic tool.
Health features also include CE- and MDA-certified Pulse Wave Arrhythmia Analysis and Physical Readiness Score, which combines recovery, HRV, sleep, activity and, emotional wellbeing into a daily assessment. Notably, the GT 7 Pro boasts CE- and MDA-certified ECG and Arterial Stiffness Assessment. Other wellness tools include Morning Briefings, Emotional Wellbeing 2.0, sleep, and women’s health tracking, as well as Health Community through the Huawei Health app.
In terms of outdoor activities, the WATCH GT 7 Series packs enhanced AI-XDR Positioning, combining GNSS, onboard sensors, and positioning algorithms to maintain more reliable route tracking in challenging environments such as tunnels and dense urban areas. Smart Route Reconstruction can also estimate and restore missing sections when GPS coverage is interrupted.
Furthermore, the series supports a broad range of sports with professional-grade tracking and training insights. Trail runners and hikers can access advanced trail metrics, Segment Navigation, Route Back, offline maps, and GPX route imports, with Strava integration for activity tracking and sharing. The GT 7 Pro adds golf features such as Plays-like Distance and Shot Distance tracking, alongside freediving support down to 40 metres.
Other supported activities include skiing and snowboarding, with maps covering more than 3,000 ski resorts worldwide, as well as cycling features such as Climb Planning, Climb Broadcast, and Sharp Turn Alerts. AI Workout Analysis further provides post-workout performance and recovery insights, while dedicated Tennix, PickleX, and Goodshot apps offer detailed tracking for tennis, pickleball, and badminton, including metrics such as smash speed, swing frequency, and longest rally.
Pricing and Availability
Malaysians can now grab the new HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 starting at RM1,199, while the GT 7 Pro is priced at RM1,499. Plus, those who purchase a WATCH GT 7 Series model from now until 31 October can enjoy an exclusive RM100 rebate.
