Acer Malaysia has officially launched its Acer Day 2026 celebration, marking the 10th edition of the annual campaign with a lively community event that brought together fitness, technology, and family-friendly activities. This year’s celebration is even more meaningful as it also marks Acer’s 50th anniversary, making 2026 a milestone year for the company.
Held at The Campus, Ampang, the Acer Active Day 2026 event welcomed more than 300 registered participants. Instead of a traditional product showcase, there were fitness sessions, a HYROX-inspired mini competition, dedicated play areas for families, and interactive AI activities that gave visitors a chance to experience the company’s latest innovations in a more engaging way.
The event revolves around this year’s SHIFT THE GAME campaign, which encourages creators, gamers, students, and young professionals to break away from conventional thinking and pursue new ideas with confidence. It’s a theme that reflects Acer’s goal of empowering people with technology that supports creativity, productivity, and everyday life.
Beyond the activities, Acer also incorporated a charitable element into the event. Visitors were able to support Grace Community Service through special fundraising booths, while donation points collected educational supplies and essential items for both Grace Community Service and SUKA Society, helping extend the celebration beyond technology.
The festivities are set to continue throughout August with Acer Day Carnivals taking place at selected locations nationwide. Consumers can expect special promotions on Acer laptops, desktops, and home appliances, alongside various on-ground activities during the campaign period.
To make the celebrations even more worthwhile, Acer is also rewarding customers who purchase selected Acer products from August 1 – September 30 can find up to RM200 in Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit for claims, giving Malaysians another reason to upgrade during the Acer Day campaign.
