Acer has revealed the latest member in the Acerpure sub-brand and that’s the new Pro Vero air purifier.
As one of the first Vero products integrated into the Acerpure branding, the Pro Vero utilizes post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials into its chassis while doing its job as an air purifier.
And they are going ham on this with 100% PCR materials containing 35% PCR plastics that result in 20% less CO2 emission during production. Carbon footprint is further reduced through the use of water-based inks and recyclable packaging.
Okay, now onto the air purifying part. It is equipped with a PM2.5 air quality sensor that detects small changes in the air quality and dynamically switches mode accordingly. The included 3-in-1 HEPA filter with activated carbon cotton is capable of isolating bacteria and 99.9% of suspended PM2.5 particles.
Tested by 3rd party labs, it is rated to remove 99% of formaldehyde and other harmful substances so that the air around you always stays fresh and clean.
Availability
Although Acer announced the Acerpure Pro Vero is currently available in selected markets with the rest of the country getting shipments in the coming days, local pricing is yet to be announced.
