AGI Technology has announced they are gearing up for COMPUTEX 2025, and it sounds like they’re bringing some seriously impressive storage tech.
One of the highlights is their new PCIe Gen5 SSD, which can hit ridiculous read speeds of up to 14,000MB/s. It’s built specifically for AI systems and heavy computing tasks where speed and stability are non-negotiable. Perfect for pros who can’t afford any lag.
Then there’s their new USB4 portable SSD. It supports up to 40Gbps bandwidth and plays nicely with Thunderbolt 4 devices. Transfer speeds hit around 4,000MB/s, and it is fully plug-and-playable, so it’s perfect for editing videos or backing up files while you’re on the move.
Oh, and they’ve got a microSD Express card too. It follows the SD 7.1 standard, which basically means it’s twice as fast as the older UHS-II cards. It’s fully compatible with the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2, drones, cameras – you name it. So it is great for gaming, shooting high-res photos, or grabbing video footage on the go without having to worry about slowdowns.
If you’re curious, they’ll be showing everything off at COMPUTEX in Taipei from May 20 to 23, 2025, over at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 2, 1F, Booth Q0407a.
