Amazfit Malaysia has introduced its Hybrid Training ecosystem, combining intelligent training guidance, official HYROX tools, and advanced performance tracking, powered by the new Balance 3 and Balance Ultra smartwatches.
The new Amazfit Hybrid Training ecosystem is designed to help users better manage hybrid fitness by combining the Zepp App with the new Balance series smartwatches. By analysing training, recovery, sleep, stress, and daily activity data, the ecosystem provides actionable insights to support smarter training decisions and long-term performance improvements.
Powering the ecosystem are the Balance 3 and the flagship Balance Ultra. The Balance Ultra features a premium Grade 5 titanium build for users seeking a high-end smartwatch, while the Balance 3 is designed for everyday hybrid athletes, offering a versatile companion for workouts, running, recovery, and daily use in either stainless steel or titanium variants.
A key highlight is HybridCharge Energy Intelligence, which combines BioCharge, LifeLoad, and Training Load into a single readiness score to help users optimise training and recovery. The ecosystem also includes Weekly Focus, Training Balance, and Hybrid Training Plans, while official HYROX integration provides race-specific training plans, Virtual Pace, race simulations, and detailed post-race performance analysis.
Both smartwatches feature a 1.5-inch AMOLED display with sapphire glass and up to 3,000 nits of brightness, alongside dual-band GPS with six-satellite positioning, offline maps, and support for 25 automatically recognised strength training exercises.
They also offer comprehensive health monitoring, Bluetooth calling, Zepp Flow voice control, voice notes, and onboard storage.
Designed for extended use, the Balance 3 delivers up to 21 days of battery life, while the flagship Balance Ultra extends usage to up to 30 days on a single charge.
