Zepp Health has just updated the Zepp OS to version 3.5 for Amazfit Balance models which brings the new AI-powered Zepp Flow, integrating a Natural-Language User Interface (LUI) driven by large language model (LLM) AI.
To begin with, the LUI in Zepp OS 3.5 enables natural speech interaction with Amazfit Balance smartwatches, as Zepp Flow integrates AI throughout the OS to allow the device to recognize and respond to user voice commands, promoting advanced AI usage.
The updated OS also offers additional capabilities such as scheduling, replying to notifications, checking the weather, and more to provide users with a more personalized experience through AI as well as better manage their well-being.
Here’s a quick list of the highlight features in this update:
- Marathon Training: Supports half and full marathon training via the Zepp Coach, with a new Confidence Index and Plan Completion Rate for training insights.
- HRV Recording: Sleep Heart Rate Variability (HRV) tracks heartbeat variations and provides information on users’ recovery state, stress levels, and post-exercise recovery.
- WhatsApp Integration: View Whatsapp image messages directly on the Amazfit Balance smartwatch when received via WhatsApp for an Android device.
- Offline Maps: Improved navigation with intuitive road names for better running, hiking, and so on.
