I thought Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 are dead. Not because of Windows 10, but because Microsoft stopped supporting them. However, after the recent announcement on the new slew of ASUS 200 Series motherboards (full details here), they’ve come back again and announced another marvelous news to us.
It has been confirmed that their ASUS 200 Series motherboards will have special drivers for both Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 – but there’s a caveat, as not all of them are supported.

As Windows 10 does have it own fair share of insane telemetry and spying issues, I completely understand why some users want to use Windows 7 or Windows 8.1.
