In earlier post, ASUS has announced several products. One of them is the new Fonepad 8 (FE380CG). If you all remember, Fonepad 7 was just announced by ASUS last month. Read this if you have forgotten.
The new ASUS Fonepad 8 is built upon its predecessor, Fonepad 7. The outlook of the new Fonepad 8 is similar to the Fonepad 7 except that the screen size now is 8-inch. I guess that’s where the name Fonepad 8 comes from.
The battery life of the Fonepad 8 is up to 12 hours of watching videos or browsing the web, or upto 21 hours of 3G talk time due to the highly energy-efficient design. ASUS Fonepad 8 comes with a dual front speakers that are tuned with MaxxAudio for immersive and impressive multimedia experiences. Just turn on music and have a great party in your room!
With only 8,9mm thick and 310g, ASUS Fonepad 8 is unbelievable thin and light as compared to its competitors in the market. Regardless of the large screen, the Fonepad 8 is only 12cm wide hence it is comfortable to use with single hand. What is an ASUS product if it doesn’t have ASUS ZenUI? The Fonepad 8 runs on the latest ASUS ZenUI with Android 4.4 KitKat.
Done all the introduction, so, how much is this new Fonepad 8? It is only RM 649, the same price as the Fonepad 7 that was released last month!
It is available now in local IT stores and ASUS authorized resellers. Do check it out!
