So the ASUS Next Enterprise Summit 2026 is now live in Singapore, and finally, the ExpertBook Ultra has been shown off to the world. It is being pushed as the full-on AI computing platform designed for professionals who are constantly moving between meetings, cloud workflows, and on-device AI tools.
First on the list, they put portability as the absolute priority – 0.99kg through its aerospace-grade magnesium-aluminum chassis, paired with a 10.9 mm profile that still manages to house a 70Wh battery rated for up to 26 hours of usage. The build also includes a nano ceramic surface treatment rated at 9H hardness for improved scratch resistance.
Under the hood, it is running an Intel Core Ultra X7 Series 3 processor, supported by an integrated Intel Arc B390 GPU and a dedicated NPU for AI, and this single chip is enough to provide performance for daily operations and staying silent. Memory bandwidth peaks at 9600 MT/s, paired with PCIe Gen 5×4 storage delivering read speeds up to 14,090 MB/s, placing it firmly in workstation-class territory despite its thin form factor.
For the screen, this is a 14-inch 3K (2880×1800) Tandem OLED touchscreen with even higher brightness, comes with VRR tech, and is way more efficient at 40% less power consumed compared to last gen. It is paired with Gorilla Glass Matte anti-glare protection and a six-speaker Dolby Atmos system, targeting users who switch between content creation, presentations, and media consumption on the go.
You can find other little neat things, such as a 1.5 mm travel spill-resistant keyboard, a precision haptic touchpad, a wide range of I/O, including USB-C, USB-A on both sides, HDMI 2.1, and a combo audio jack.
Security and AI integration is provided through the sub-free ASUS MyExpertAI suite that packs things like AI ExperMeet and a local knowledge hub for quick, on-device AI-augmented processing, while hardware security is reinforced through NIST SP 800-193 BIOS resilience standards, dual BIOS recovery, biometric authentication, and physical webcam shielding.
The software experience is tightly aligned with Microsoft through Windows 11 Pro Copilot+ capabilities, enabling on-device features like real-time transcription, translation, and document search with a focus on latency reduction and privacy.
