ASUS Malaysia has announced they are introducing the new ‘4A Guarantee’ commitment in order to drive better customer service, especially after sales.
The “4As” ASUS is focusing on are known as “Assured Quality”, “Always-on Support”, “All-around Coverage”, and “Added-value Experience”.
The first one is pretty straightforward – all laptops undergo military-grade testing to make sure they are built up to standards in terms of durability.
They also pledge to provide “round the clock” support no matter what the time zone is while the “All-around Coverage” is achieved via 300+ drop-off points in the local market for physical repairs.
Lastly, the “Added-value Experience” is more into personalization by offering more options on top of the standard 2-year International Warranty.
There’s also an additional 1-year Perfect Warranty effective for the 1st year of any laptop purchase. With it, customers only need to pay for the labor and 20% of the replacement parts if there are any customer-induced damages (Still fully free for accidents).
