The Best Mobile Tablet Award is a new award that has just been introduced this year, given the boom of tablets in the market not undeniably huge.
As we’re all anticipating the winner of this award – the ASUS Nexus 7 wins this first ever award in the history of MWC Global Mobile, with the judges saying that this Google and ASUS tablet “…has brought credibility to the 7-inch category and taken it to the mass market, with the perfect combination of performance and portability. A great all-rounder.”
The price is certainly a great deal to be all Google’d up – as Google would say it, the playground is open – with a Nexus device but there is no rear camera for your food pictures to be published on Instagram with ease.
In any case, it truly is indeed a difficult award to win, especially it’s the first one ever in the new category, competing in a dense market.
Congratulations to ASUS!
