Biwin has rolled out the M560, a new PCIe 5.0 SSD aimed at gamers, creators, and anyone running AI-assisted applications that demand fast, low-latency storage.
Built on the PCIe 5.0 interface and NVMe 2.0 standard, this model hits sequential read speeds up to 11,000 MB/s and writes up to 10,000 MB/s, resulting in faster game loads, quicker file transfers, and smoother handling of large files, which also includes AI-related software and data sets. It can also stay relatively stable with high sustained performance.
The 6nm controller keeps performance stable while holding average power draw under 5.2W, making the M560 a reasonable fit for laptops, mini PCs, and other thermally constrained builds where heat and battery life are real constraints. The same can be said for its single-sided flash alignment, so fitting into thin devices is not a problem either.
For reliability, it includes LDPC error correction and intelligent wear-leveling to help preserve data integrity over time, while writing endurance is rated at 1500 TBW, and Biwin is backing it with a 5-year limited warranty for another layer of peace of mind.
