Bowers & Wilkins has announced the local availability of its two latest premium true wireless earbuds: the Pi6 and Pi8.
To begin with, the new Pi6 uses a cutting-edge Qualcomm chipset for enhanced wireless stability and Bluetooth 5.4 for multipoint device support. It includes aptX Adaptive wireless transmission and 12mm bio-cellulose drivers to offer excellent quality, high-resolution audio.
On the other hand, the flagship Pi8 provides superior performance with Carbon Cone drive units while supporting both aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless for top-tier wireless audio quality. Plus, it has dedicated DSP, DAC, and amplification for impressive sound precision.
Crafted with premium materials, both models feature an IP54 rating protection and redesigned charging cases, with the Pi8’s Smartcase standing out for supporting both wireless charging and Wireless Audio Retransmission technology.
As for battery life, the Pi6 delivers up to 8 hours of playtime with an extra 16 hours from the charging case, whereas the Pi8 provides 6.5 hours of use and an additional 13.5 hours from the Smartcase.
Pricing and Availability
Priced at RM1,399 and RM2,399 respectively, both the new Bowers & Wilkins Pi6 and Pi8 will be available in Malaysia starting from October through the TC webstore and Sonos Concept Store by TC Acoustic.
