For those who loved the Sony VAIO series of laptops a few years ago, rejoice! They’re not back but under a different company called Nexstgo. Nexstgo also owns the company called Avita, which we covered its launch not too long ago here.
Now, Nexstgo acquired the VAIO license and will be making it available in Asia region. The agreement is that Nexstgo and the Japan-based VAIO Corporation will include manufacturing, sales and marketing as well as servicing of VAIO laptops under the VAIO
trademark in the Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan markets.
Nexstgo is launching the VAIO S11 and S13 – both are surprisingly thin, light, and tiny laptops. Both these laptops pack up to an 8th generation Intel Core i7-Y processor with Intel’s integrated graphics. Both these laptops also have SD card reader and a fingerprint scanner embedded on the trackpad.

The VAIO S11 has a 11.6-inch 1080p IPS screen and weighs approximately 0.85kg. The VAIO S13 has a 13.3-inch 1080p IPS screen and weighs approximately 1.07kg.
