Dell Technologies Malaysia is currently accepting applications for its renowned MentorConnect program for the year 2021.
Originally launched in 2017, the program has seen more than 500 participants benefitted from the insightful and experience-rich teachings by harnessing mentorship built by a multi-company collaboration. For this year, Malaysia will be welcoming a total of 14 companies from Dell Technologies itself, Intel, Motorola Solutions, Microsoft, and more to join hands and provide world-class leadership training workshops that broaden the participant’s network and diversifying their perspectives, expertise, and knowledge.
The program is currently up and running and expected to end around sometime in November this year. Dell Technologies is confident that despite the COVID-19 pandemic has changed how companies around the world operate fundamentally, they are still capable of closing the diversity gap, nurture future talents and build workforces with social values that match the need of the IT industry.
