Dell Technologies has unveiled its 2025 Partner Program, designed to simplify its structure and drive growth and collaboration across key technology areas, including storage, client solutions, networking, and AI.
The success of the organization cannot be decoupled from the aspect and contribution of partners which has contributed approximately 50% of net revenue in the Asia Pacific & Japan region (excluding Greater China) over the past year. The 2025 Partner Program introduces enhanced profitability incentives, including a 2% Storage+ growth incentive for Titanium partners meeting quarterly targets and a 1.5% Client growth incentive for those achieving Client PC unit goals.
They are also positioning its newly launched AI PC portfolio to help partners capitalize on the upcoming PC refresh cycle. Additionally, a 4% Compete Select rebate will be available to metal-tier partners securing new business in storage, data protection, or Client+.
Aside from this, AI will continue to be Dell’s main focus of growth where the introduction of new tools is going to support enterprise AI adoption, such as the Dell AI Factory portfolio and a 3X AI Networking Multiplier for the PowerSwitch Z-series. Updated competencies in Data Science & AI training will help partners integrate Dell’s AI solutions.
The program also streamlines partner collaboration through initiatives like the Partner First Strategy for Storage, which prioritizes partners for 99% of storage customers. Therefore, Dell is enhancing partner experience with AI-driven sales tools, faster quoting via pre-configured bundles, and an Incentive Simulator for predicting deal incentives.
