DJI Malaysia has officially brought in the new Power Auro 2000 Elite power station, which provides an all-in-one design for your power dispensing needs while cutting down on extra adapters and wires.
Compared with the DJI Power 2000, it’s 24% smaller by volume and 14% lighter at about 19kg, which makes it easier to stash at home or in a car trunk. A single-sided port layout keeps connections reachable whether the unit stands upright or lies on its side. For bigger needs, you can expand capacity up to 12kWh with DJI’s smallest expansion battery, which will launch later.
In terms of juicing it up, you have 5 options. Plug into the grid for up to 2000W and go from 0% to 80% in 60 minutes; Use the built-in car charger for a full charge in as little as 4 hours; Connect solar panels straight to the built-in MPPT module, and both SDC ports together support up to 1200W of input, good for a full recharge in about 2.7 hours. You can also combine off-grid solar and car input at up to 600W from each source, or use Intelligent Hybrid Recharging to blend grid power with solar or car input for up to 2000W combined. The 140W USB-C retractable cable extends and retracts automatically, charges compatible PD 3.1 devices at up to 140W, and has a replaceable module for easy maintenance.
It is also well-built to handle rough use and tough environments, as the LFP cells passed nail penetration, impact, and drop testing, and retain more than 70% of their capacity after 6000 cycles, roughly 10 years of daily use. The body withstands a one-tonne static load and uses a 5VB flame-retardant enclosure.
An intelligent battery management system keeps watch with 13 temperature sensors and 40 built-in fuses, pausing operation automatically if something looks off, and a protective coating guards against moisture, salt spray, and corrosion. It works at altitudes up to 5000m, UPS Mode switches to battery in 0.01 seconds to protect critical devices, and noise stays below 30dB at low load for quiet overnight use. The redesigned DJI Home app lets you check status and switch to Fast Recharge Mode with one tap.
It fits neatly into DJI’s drone ecosystem too. With the DJI Power Fast Charge Cable for Drones, it delivers up to 240W of SDC fast charging, taking an Air 3 Series battery from 10% to 95% in 30 minutes and a Matrice 4 Series battery in 35 minutes, and a PoE cable can power a DJI O4 Ground Station for remote professional work.
