A Malaysian mobile company has released their new line of product recently. Trying to penetrate the market in Malaysia, they released a phone and a smartwatch; Volte series and EX Watch. EXMobile has been in the Malaysian market since 2009 and has sold over 100,000 units in 2015.
From 2014 to 2015, 4 out of 5 top Malaysia based Taiwanese/International brand fall in market share.
The only vendor with growth had put their focus on budget conscious consumers.Also,The weakening
Ringgit currency has brought big impact to the mobile market, the purchasing power of local consumers
has also dropped correspondingly. This gives opportunity to local mobile device manufacturer

According to EXMobile, the newly released VoLte 2 is going to be their new initiative to build a new brand image aiming for better quality and good product design. The product is targeted to the youth and budget conscious consumers. Having Mr. GST, Gee Tien Long and their main ambassador, Rashid Sidek as the company’s main ambassador, they believe that this stratergy will allow them to reach a wider consumer target group.
