The sequel to a super affordable smartphone is here – the Flash Plus 2. It’s a brand new smartphone with a slew of additional features to spice things up of course, and IMO, they did it real nice. You can preorder here now!
First off, the metal body – it’s not a unibody, just body. The back cover is removable, and with it you’ll be removing the entire piece of metal all together. By that, you’ll be also taking all the remnants of the colours of your Flash Plus 2, so you can have your Flash Plus 2 transform from gold to silver in a jiffy.
That said however, the Flash Plus 2 doesn’t have a removable battery, but instead comes with a 3,000mAh battery. While looking at the back cover, there are two SIM card slots – one nano SIM and another micro SIM, where both supports 4G fully. Also, there’s a separate slot for microSD card to expand up to an additional 128GB too.

The Flash Plus 2 uses an OmniVision OV13853 sensor for its rear-facing 13MP camera, paired with PDAF autofocus system that results in 0.1 seconds focusing time.
Flash Plus 2 comes in two variants – one 16GB storage with 2GB RAM, and another 32GB storage with 3GB RAM. They’re even kind enough to provide the information that if you’re getting the 16GB storage version, you’ll only get to use 10.4GB, and 25.4GB usable on the 32GB storage version. The price for each variant is as follow.
The Flash Plus 2 is exclusively available on Lazada only, and preorder starts now for the 16GB ROM/2GB RAM version only. The other version is coming some time during mid-June, so stay tuned for that.
