Garmin Malaysia has launched the new vívosmart 5, a comfort-to-wear and easy-to-read smart fitness tracker powered by advanced sleep features.
The vívosmart 5 is designed with a rounded band that fits around the curves of users’ wrists featuring a bright, 66% larger display with larger text and an easy-to-use touchscreen and button interface. It’s also swim-and-shower proof paired with an impressive battery life of up to 7 days.
Supported by Garmin’s 24/7 Elevate heart rate monitoring, the vívosmart 5 samples heart rate multiple times per second for 24-hours a day. It alerts users of abnormally high and low heart rates while also conveniently tracking Pulse Ox respiration, body battery energy levels, all-day stress, hydration, and women’s health.
The fitness band enables users to connect the GPS to their smartphone to accurately track distance, pace, and speed during outdoor activities.
Furthermore, its safety and tracking features allow users to send an assistance alert to designated emergency contacts by simply pressing the button for a few seconds, which gives users peace of mind while exercising outdoor.

The Garmin vívosmart 5 is now available at RM730 on Lazada, Shopee, AECO e-store, and all Garmin flagship stores and authorized retailers.
