Garmin has unveiled new Pokémon Sleep watch faces to enhance sleep insights, now available for free via the Connect IQ Store on select smartwatches, including the fēnix, Forerunner, Venu, and vívoactive series.
Users can choose between two watch faces: “Pokémon Sleep: Snorlax & Friends,” which features Pokémon like Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu, and Snorlax on Greengrass Isle, and “Pokémon Sleep: I Choose You,” which lets users select one Pokémon from 48 options.
The Pokémon’s expressions change throughout the day based on the user’s Body Battery energy levels, and a night mode automatically activates 90 minutes before the user’s scheduled bedtime via the Garmin Connect app.
That said, Garmin users can now download the Pokémon Sleep watch faces from the Connect IQ Store. Selected Garmin devices are also compatible with Pokémon Sleep, allowing sleep data to sync directly with the Pokémon Sleep mobile app.
