Let’s face it, this phone already has numerous leaks and we pretty much have an idea what it will look like. Somehow this time – the 4th Nexus – will be by LG, though the idea of ‘one Nexus per manufacturer’ is still fuzzy.
Android Police and evleaks got a hold of the latest Nexus 4 rendition which looks a little too much like the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, but there is no curved screen.
Even better, on Engadget the support manual for the Nexus 4 has been leaked online, and it shows that there will be wireless charging and also SIM ejection tool, probably using micro-SIM this time instead. Sadly, the battery is sealed this time.
But the news doesn’t stop there – Wired has a full story of the upcoming Nexus 4, which was reported as “lost in a bar in San Francisco” (sounds too familiar) and they have images of the phones itself in person!
The phone is reported that “manufactured by LG, will have a 4.7-inch, 1280 x 768 display, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 CPU, and an 8-megapixel rear camera” with Android 4.2 running on it. Again, no curved screen ala the Nexus S and Galaxy Nexus. It seems to have a glossy back too!
We’ll have to wait for Monday to find out about the device from top to toe!
