If this is to be the new Samsung Galaxy S IV, I would puke instantly given the absolutely horrible design with the much awkwardly and hard to reach back, menu and home button at the bottom. The picture it leaked from a Chinese forum, showing the front and back of the GT-i9502, with no confirmation if it’s the Galaxy S IV or not.
The back cover however, looks meshed but otherwise totally same as the Galaxy S III. But as Sammy Hub states, Samsung is known to test in different designs to avoid original design leak, just like what they did for the Galaxy S III.

More leaked pictures shows that it’s running on Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean with 1080p display with 2GB RAM and 12.8MP camera.
The only difference it has from the Galaxy S III is that now it has a meshed texture. Nothing confirms anything Galaxy S IV, only the slight resemblance in the hardware side.
About 4 more days to Samsung Unpacked 2013. Just wait for a few more days, all questions and doubts will be cleared.
UPDATE : It seems like there is a video of this alleged Galaxy S IV in action too. It looks as though as there are no difference from its predecessor but only time will confirm that.
