For those who are palnning to get a brand new smartphone before this Chinese New Year, then you’re in luck. The brand new HONOR View20 is here in Malaysia already!
Also, congratulations to the dude who queued up since 11pm yesterday to be the first to get the brand new HONOR View20. Enjoy your brand new smartphone and the free HONOR Magic Watch too!
The HONOR View20 is the world’s first smartphone to be using the Sony IMX586 – a 48MP smartphone camera sensor. Combined with the software that HONOR has developed to take advantage of the sensor, the View20 can take some fantastic pictures as shown in our posts during our Paris trip – which you can take a look down below.
Honestly, I have no time to even edit these pictures and it turned out fantastically – which is honestly a great phone for traveling since it is always great to travel light.
Then there’s another new feature found on the HONOR View20, the 3D TOF camera which maps the environment in high accuracy and speed. We’ve already demonstrated a game that HONOR developed that is using the 3D TOF camera!
The HONOR View20 also comes with a 4,000mAh battery. Coupled with the Kirin 980 chipset, it does provide a full day’s worth of usage with just one charge. If you need a quick charge then don’t worry as it comes with a 22.5W SuperCharge as well. One full charge in less than 100 minutes – that’s impressive!
And of course, it is the first HONOR smartphone to feature the under-display selfie camera that HONOR is calling Charm Eye. This cutout is tiny and it only houses the camera itself and tucked way at the top left corner, making it easy for me to ignore the cutout entirely.
The HONOR View20 is available in 6GB RAM + 128GB storage version in both Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue color options are only RM1,999 and the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage version in the Phantom Blue color at only RM2,499. The Phantom Blue is co-designed with Moschino, by the way.
You can buy the HONOR View20 over at Lazada right now!
Our review of the HONOR View20 is also published. You can come to 1 Utama at Highstreet to experience the brand new HONOR View20 for yourself – alongside with all of the great features that it comes with.
