HONOR Malaysia has announced they are adding a total of 4 new entry-level smartphones into the X family and a new MagicBook 16 2022 edition.
We are starting off with the HONOR X9 that includes the standard 4G LTE and 5G model which can be said as the more powerful out of the 4 guys in the new lineup. As such, the different between the non-5G and 5G models aren’t that noticable except the screen refresh rate where there’s the 120Hz and 90Hz difference. And for whatever reason, the 4G gets a better main camera sensor?

On the other hand, the X8 and X7 shaves off a little bit of that premium properties from the X9 and opt for a less powered set of characteristics including slightly less RAM and slower fast charge speed. But if that’s not a concern for you and you’re looking to save a buck or two, these are more suitable for you.
