HUAWEI Malaysia has just announced the arrival of its latest lineup MatePad Pro Max tablet, nova 15 Max smartphone, WATCH KIDS X1 Series, and WATCH GT Runner 2 Racing Legend Edition smartwatches. Here’s a look at each product.
HUAWEI MatePad Pro Max
Leading the lineup is the MatePad Pro Max, an ultra-slim flagship tablet weighing just 509g and measuring only 4.7mm thin. Featuring HUAWEI’s Cloud Falcon Architecture, it combines portability and performance to support productivity, creativity, and multitasking on the go.
The tablet packs a 13.2-inch 3K Flexible OLED PaperMatte Display with a 94% screen-to-body ratio, along with PaperMatte technology and nano-level etching that help reduce glare while enhancing clarity and eye comfort during extended use.
For productivity, it features AI-powered PC-level WPS Office, enhanced multitasking capabilities, and seamless online collaboration tools. When paired with the HUAWEI Glide Keyboard and HUAWEI M-Pencil Pro, the tablet transforms into a versatile mobile workstation for both professional and creative workflows.
The MatePad Pro Max is now available for pre-order from RM5,999, bundled with freebies including the HUAWEI M-Pencil Pro, HUAWEI Mouse, WPS AI, HUAWEI Notes, a 1-year APAC warranty, and 1-year PaperMatte Display Care with up to two claims.
HUAWEI nova 15 Max
Following that, the nova 15 Max combines a slim and stylish design with practical everyday functionality, available in Blush Gold and Golden Black finishes. Powering the smartphone is a large 8,500mAh battery paired with the Kirin 8000 Series chipset, delivering reliable performance and extended battery life across various use cases.
It features a 6.84-inch OLED Eye Comfort Display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 4,000 nits peak brightness for smooth visuals and enhanced visibility, complemented by symmetrical stereo dual speakers capable of reaching up to 85dB for a more immersive audio experience.
For durability, the smartphone comes with SGS 5-star Drop Resistance certification, enhanced bend resistance, and IP65 water/dust resistance. Photography is handled by a 50MP RYYB Ultra-Clear Camera for sharper and more detailed images across different lighting conditions.
Malaysians can now acquire the nova 15 Max at RM1,699, with complimentary gifts worth up to RM827, including a RM200 rebate, a HUAWEI Band 10, and more.
HUAWEI WATCH KIDS X1 Series
The WATCH KIDS X1 Series is designed to keep families connected while encouraging children to explore, learn, and express themselves safely. Combining communication, creativity, and safety features, the series delivers a child-focused smartwatch experience for the next generation.
The lineup features a 1.82-inch AMOLED display and front/rear HD cameras with a detachable rotatable design, with the X1 Pro also offering a standalone camera. These features allow kids to capture moments, share experiences, and engage with the world from their own perspective.
Available in four mecha-inspired colours — Pink and Blue for the X1, and Black and Purple for the X1 Pro — the series blends playful design with practical functionality. Enhanced connectivity, real-time location tracking, and communication tools provide both independence for children and peace of mind for parents.
The WATCH KIDS X1 Pro and X1 are now available for pre-order at RM1,599 and RM999 respectively.
HUAWEI WATCH GT Runner 2 Racing Legend Edition
Rounding out the lineup is the WATCH GT Runner 2 Racing Legend Edition, sporting a lightweight, aerodynamic design optimized for long-distance comfort while maintaining strong durability for everyday use.
The Racing Legend Edition enhances training intelligence with the Running Ability Index (RAI) and an upgraded Training Camp Dashboard, offering more structured, data-driven running insights. It helps users better track performance, understand progress, and optimize training intensity for improved race preparation.
Shoppers can now purchase the WATCH GT Runner 2 Racing Legend Edition at RM1,499, bundled with free gifts including a 1-year APAC warranty, a Fluoroelastomer watch strap, and a 3-month HUAWEI Health+ subscription.
