Innodisk is participating in the NVIDIA GTC 2024 convention to exhibit its range of solutions involving edge AI products.
Utilizing NVIDIA Metropolis for Factories suite of technologies, one of the showcased products is the EV2U-SGR1, a low-light USB camera module.
This module effectively addresses dim and weak lighting conditions in various environments, thanks to its unique lens specifications combined with the incorporation of three “Auto As” features: Auto Focus, Auto Exposure, and Auto White Balance. These features ensure the production of clear and detailed output suitable for quality inspection purposes.
The application extends beyond the production line to encompass overall operations, including safety and security aspects, enabling more comprehensive and precise factory monitoring.
Innodisk acknowledges NVIDIA’s assistance in developing its edge AI solutions through NVIDIA AI Enterprise, which encompasses the TAO Toolkit for model training, NVIDIA Triton Inference Server for deploying and managing models, and DeepStream SDK for AI inferencing. This entire stack is packaged as microservices that can be managed using REST APIs.
Additionally, Innodisk has integrated industrial components such as SSDs, memory products, and expansion modules, prioritizing durability and adaptability.
