Though 2023 wasn’t exactly smooth sailing for the industry (there was a 28% dip in DRAM module sales), Kingston managed to hold its ground like a champ.
Here’s something interesting: when you look at the top ten memory manufacturers, they collectively grabbed 93% of all sales in 2023. And sitting comfortably at the top of that pile? You guessed it – Kingston with their massive 68.8% slice of the pie. Sure, the post-pandemic blues hit the consumer electronics world pretty hard, but Kingston’s rock-solid brand and smart market presence helped them weather the storm better than most.
But Kingston didn’t just rest on their laurels in 2023 because they rolled out the Kingston FURY Renegade Pro DDR5 RDIMM (perfect for all you creators and tech pros out there), got their Server Premier DDR5 modules playing nice with the latest Intel Xeon processors, and gave their popular FURY Renegade DDR4 memory a sweet makeover.
On top of everything, that 100 million overclockable modules shipped is no small feat.
