Kingston just won multiple awards from the Cyber Defense Magazine – and one of it is in the the “Hot Company Data Loss Prevention” category, which shows off how Kingston pays attention to security. Additionally, both its IronKey D300 encrypted USB Flash drive and UV500 SSD have won in other categories in Cyber Defense 2018 Global Awards. Apart from the award-winning technology, according to DRAMeXchange, a division of TrendForce, Kingston also ranked as No.1 SSD module makers in 2017 with a remarkable market share of 23%.
The Global Awards are presented by Cyber Defense Magazine and honors cyber-defense and information-security innovators. Kingston’s six awards were the most of any of the over 3,000 InfoSec-related companies nominated for awards this year:
- Kingston Technology won the ‘Hot Company Data Loss Prevention’ category
- IronKey D300 encrypted USB Flash drive was honored with the following awards:
- ‘Editor’s Choice Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)’
- ‘Best Product Security Hardware’
- UV500 SSD with its 256-bit AES Hardware-based encryption and support for TCG Opal 2.0 won three additional awards:
- ‘Most Innovative Data Loss Prevention’
- ‘Most Innovative Encryption’
- ‘Next Gen Security Hardware’
