The service alongside the entire suite consisting of 200GB cloud storage, 500GB email storage, and unlimited video call minutes, are free for any business to utilize.
Aside from emails, the accessibility is further boosted through seamless integration with other collaboration tools including Messenger, Video Calling, Docs and Sheets, Cloud Storage, and Calendar to enable more transparent and collaborative communications while reducing barriers and challenges.
As one of the most important business tools, email continues to be a siloed form of communication that keeps information away from teams who primarily communicate using digital collaboration platforms. However, Lark Mail takes one step further through the following features:
Email a Chat Group – In the “Recipient” field, users can input the names of not just individual colleagues, but also chat groups to send team emails to.
Keep Email Organized with Smart Inbox – Lark Mail automatically sorts and displays “Priority” emails first so users can see what’s important at a glance.
Provide Quick Permissions – When sending a Lark Doc in an email, users can see clearly whether the recipients have access to it or not, and give them the permission to read or edit the Lark Doc with one click.
Out of Office Reply – Create a personalized out of office reply to automatically respond to emails you receive when on a business trip or leave.
Gmail Integration – Stop logging into Gmail and instead, Lark Mail users can link their Gmail accounts to Lark to enjoy seamless integration between email, messenger, and drive.
In addition to Lark Mail, the company also recently introduced a new feature called Magic Share which allows participants to edit content within the video call window, and view content being presented at their own pace. Not only it is co-edit compatible, but every participant can also view them at their own pace with latecomers catching up previously presented materials without interrupting while the presenters can go along the pace as scheduled, eliminating any worrisome issues that could arise from any party. It is also bounded to its own executing environment therefore will not display any other tabs or desktops that may otherwise expose private or confidential items.
