Maxis is putting its Rangkaian Malaysia commitment into action this Raya, bringing Malaysians together to explore new possibilities through technology and Raya music.
The Riang Raya Maxis campaign shows how street musicians can perform Raya songs through virtual cubes, which are open to the public at NU Sentral in Kuala Lumpur and Kota Bharu Mall in Kota Bharu. The song they performed will then be broadcasted in Maxis Stores countrywide.
In conjunction with the campaign, Maxis is launching Last Kopek, a festive film about a group of resilient musicians who despite challenges, rely on each other to make the most of their abilities.
Maxis is collaborating with Persatuan OKU Sentral to work with musicians with disabilities whose performances will be featured on the virtual cubes. Malaysians can share their rezeki by scanning the QR code on the cubes to donate directly to Persatuan OKU Sentral.
