The brand new Razer Blade Pro has some top of the line specs for a laptop. It’s just insane. It packs in the greatest specs and peripherals for a desktop, and cramp into a 17.3-inch laptop.
The brand new Razer Blade Pro has insane specs – packing in an Intel i7-6700HQ quad-core processor, NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 1080 with 8GB of VRAM paired with a 17.3-inch IGZO 4K touchscreen display with G-Sync that has an outstanding 100% Adobe RGB colour accuracy, and paired with 16GB 2133MHz of DDR4 RAM.
As for storage, the Razer Blade Pro only comes in dual-PCIe M.2 SSDs, and they’re in RAID 0 configuration out of the box. It’s available in 512GB, 1TB or 2TB – depending on your choice. For peripherals, Razer made a special ultra-low profile mechanical keyboard for it. No idea how that feels, but it’s interesting nonetheless. Unlike MSI who used full Cherry MX key switches for its laptop, making it extremely bulky. Speaking of bulkiness, this laptop is only 2.81cm thin, and weighs in at 3.54kg.
Everything here screams desktop-grade, even the unveiling video is focused on that. Everything is ripped out from a high-end desktop and transferred onto the Razer Blade Pro.
