These two phones. We’ve been waiting for them to arrive to the market for quite a long time already. Back since MWC2018 that happened in February this year, Nokia launched and showed off the Nokia 6 abd the Nokia 8110 already. And finally today is the day that the Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 8110 will be sold nationwide starting today.

Nokia 6.1

Building on the success of its predecessor, the Nokia 6.1 packs even more powerful performance and new features into a more compact, durable body. It is now powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630. Also, now offering enhanced Dual-Sight, ZEISS optics, USB-C fast-charging, Nokia spatial audio and pure, and using Android Oreo since it is in the Android One family of devices.

Nokia 6.1

The Nokia 6.1 combines a unibody made from a solid block of 6000 series aluminium with an 11-hour two-tone anodizing and polishing process together with a 2.5D display made from Corning Gorilla Glass. That way, the Nokia 6.1 can be beautiful and durable at the same time.

The Nokia 6.1 is a compact smartphone with a 5.5-inch 1080p IPS display, and priced at only for RM1,100. It is available in the 4GB RAM/64GB storage and blue-gold color only.

To power the Nokia 8110, it has a Qualcomm 205 Mobile Platform. With its Wi-Fi connection you can turn your Nokia 8110 into a portable hotspot to share your internet connection with other devices, friends and family. The Nokia 8110’s portable hotspot is capable of supporting up to 10 devices/users simultaneously. Not bad for a banana phone.

The Nokia 8110 is available in both Traditional Black and Banana Yellow. Hitting local stores beginning 6 July, the Nokia 8110 is available at a recommended retail price of RM285.
