Most of you might know about the Nothing brand, but not everyone knows that the business is actually based out of London, so in their latest news, they have paired up with local audio brand KEF to make more sound innovations in smartphones while streamlining the experience of premium audio to be more accessible.
KEF was founded in 961 by former BBC engineer Raymond Cooke in Maidstone, Kent. And with over 60 years of making high-quality audio products with a specialty in high-fidelity loudspeakers, Nothing stated that it allows them to focus on delivering a more signature sleek design and user experience while the audio guys provide their best in their field.
So we’ll probably see a “KEF Optimized Audio” sticker in the next iteration of the Nothing Phone series, and if they can still maintain the price in a similar range, it could make them stand out in the mid-high market segment.
