Again with another post about OnePlus – the one and only startup company that caused a large commotion over affordably powerful smartphones. Sure, they had major hiccups over an entire year and sales were badly affected. However, they seem to have fixed everything now and is offering the One in Malaysia without invites – and better yet, has an option to be bundled with a contract under Maxis.
The official OnePlus One that will be offered on and off contract in Malaysia is none other than the 64GB SandStone Black version.
On contract, the One is tied down to a fixed 24-months contract with absolutely no negotiation (which I wonder why they put a drop down menu) and as an option to upgrade from a 1GB quota to a 3GB, or even 6GB. Prices go from RM158, RM186, and RM244 each month respectively.
However if you think you’re not going to be tied by Maxis, you can also purchase the phone online through Maxis’s online store for a price of RM1,199. Those who bought the 64GB from DirectD previously will definitely weep.

Our review of the One also got featured on the Maxis page, which you can check out the review here, and ask us any question on our Facebook page right here.
