OPPO Malaysia has released the newest addition to its A-series smartphones: the A17, which sports a 50MP camera and a 5000mAh battery at a very low price point.
Weighing at about 189g, the A17 features OPPO’s Ultra-Slim Retro Design that has a flat-edged middle frame and smoothed edges to deliver a premium and trendy look. Its inner texture is embossed with light leather grain, while the exterior layer is covered with a UV coating, making the phone not only comfortable to hold but also dust-resistant and durable.
In terms of photography, the smartphone includes a 50MP main camera and a 5MP front camera, along with some impressive imaging capabilities such as 360° Fill Light, Portrait Retouching, HDR, etc.
What’s more, the A17 also boasts a massive 5,000mAh battery that OPPO claims can provide 20 hours of phone calls or YouTube viewing time on a full charge, making it an excellent option for folks who use their phone for extended periods of time but have no way to charge it throughout the day.

The OPPO A17 is now available at an RRP of RM599 with 4GB + 64GB in Lake Blue and Midnight Black color options via OPPO’s official store on Shopee and Lazada, as well as any My OPPO Space, OPPO Brand Stores, OPPO Official Online Store, and authorized dealers.
