OPPO Malaysia is launching a new yet familiar face which is the A77 5G yesterday.
If you’re wondering “Hey didn’t the A77 came out like 5 years ago?”, well, you are partially right as OPPO is kinda reusing the name but technically they are not the same. Because this one is properly named the OPPO A77 5G so the 5G is basically what separates them.
The name-sharing seems to share the market position for the new device as well by looking through the specs and price of it. Essentially, it is a mid-range smartphone of 2022 with a large chunk of battery to power you through hours of video watching. To really emphasize that aspect, it packs a new ultra-linear stereo speaker with an increased amplitude that provides 100% louder volume than the previous generation. No more earphones, I guess?
So without further ado, welcome the spec sheet.
