OPPO Malaysia has teased the upcoming Reno10 line of smartphones in terms of what sort of portrait photo magic can be done in this generation.
Take a look at this telephoto picture from the flagship Find X6 Pro. As a top-tier device, OPPO has invested multi-million dollars in R&D to bring professional-class imaging technology to a smartphone over the years.
Over time, they kind of realized that gatekeeping the very best through high entry-level barriers seems like a bad business strategy, as the exposure of these fund-burning camera tech is not as big as they projected.
As such, they are positioning the Reno class series of devices, particularly with the latest and upcoming Reno10 family of smartphones, to delicately focus on making portrait photos better than ever.
With an in-house curated computational algorithm, OPPO is able to deliver a result that balances on the criteria of light, shadow, space, and color – aspects that professional cameras are great at – so that casual users may enjoy all of these good stuff with a single press of button upon launching the camera app.
The OPPO Reno10 series is gonna launch this month, perhaps in the upcoming weeks so be sure to stay tuned to know about the price and freebies later on.
