The mainstream smartphone series shifts its aesthetic layout to appeal to younger user demographics by introducing the “3D Pop Planet Design” concept. Available exclusively on the “Pop White” color variant, the design architecture integrates cosmic visual textures to simulate the structural depth of individual miniaturized planets. For its global creative rollout, the brand named internationally renowned K-pop girl group BABYMONSTER as the new Reno brand ambassador for selected international retail regions, leveraging their energetic market influence to anchor the smartphone’s position as a vehicle for individual self-expression.
The retail strategy splits the core lineup into three distinct hardware tiers: the flagship Reno16 Pro, the standard Reno16, and the accessible Reno16 F. The configurations utilize next-generation MediaTek Dimensity processors to drive localized, real-time AI imaging pipelines and creative capture workflows. Ahead of the official reveal of detailed local component specifications and final retail values, early consumer booking tracks have officially opened across domestic platforms.
Customers executing early pre-orders before the commercial arrival window will secure promotional incentives and bundled accessories valued at up to RM1,198. These complimentary hardware tiers include options for the exclusive OPPO Reno16 Series x BABYMONSTER Limited Edition Gifts or a secondary premium Reno16 Series Gift Box, running alongside concurrent promotional rebates on new Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem additions, including the companion OPPO Enco Air5 and Enco Air5s wireless earbuds.
