Electronic Arts said that Plants VS Zombies 2 is their most successful mobile game launch in history, with more than 16 million downloads in just five days on Apple’s iTunes App Store. Yes, five days. There’s an extraordinary download rate right here!
Plant VS Zombie 2 doesn’t disappoint us at all. With a new twist of new plants and new zombies, it is totally a different game from Plant VS Zombie season 1. With the concept of travelling back in the time, Plant VS Zombie goes back in time with Crazy Dave and his time travelling truck, called Penny, in an effort to find Dave’s taco and save the world from the oncoming zombie apocalypse.
At launch, Plant VS Zombie come with 3 new worlds– Ancient Egypt, Pirate Seas and Wild West. In every new world, you will face with new zombies and brain-teasing challenges that will test your zombie-zapping skills.
With the new feature, we now have an amazingly new ways to protect your brain!!! New Plant Food and power-ups will take your game to new dimensions. Plant Food will supercharge your plants when you need it most. Plant food can apply on any of the plants and you can see different effect and power from different plants. With the power up, you can now use your fingers to pinch, flick and zap zombies off your lawn, but you need to buy each power up with the coins you earn.
By gathering keys in various levels of the game, players can unlock brain teasers and new plants. But the bad things about Plant VS Zombies 2 is some of the plants and upgrade need to purchase it using real money. Not very intriguing for a supposedly “pay once for everything” game as it used to be…
There are so many more to explore in this amazing Plants VS Zombies 2. Although I only play it half way of the first world but the game already fascinated me! If I have some time, I would just spend it all by just to play this game. The graphics is beautiful and run smoothly too. For me, I would rate this game 9/10. If this game make everything free to purchase with coin instead of real money, I will give a full score with no hesitation at all.
Plants VS Zombies 2 is already release onto iOS, but there are still no information about the release date for Android or will it be free, ad supported or filled with in-app purchases for the full experience. It still a question mark for all the fans. If you haven’t play this game and you have an iOS device however, download it now and explore more about this game!
