Here in Malaysia, our vaccination status is originated from the MySejahtera app. It is generated on a QR code and please – never share this QR Code with anyone or expose it.
NEVER share any QR code regarding your vaccination! The new QR code rolling out on MySejahtera is the officially signed digital certificate itself. No, it is not a URL. It is not a link.
The QR code IS THE DIGITAL CERTIFICATE!
This QR certificate is almost impossible for people to fake because it has a digital signature that only KKM can sign. This signature is verified when scanning with a certificate decoder/verifier.
The only way to get around this system is when evil people use other people’s QR certificates. This is why it is crucial to protect the QR certificate as if it is your password!

QR code terbaru di MySejahtera adalah sijil vaksinasi QR ditandatangan digital secara rasmi. Ia bukan URL. Ia bukan link.
QR code tersebut ADALAH SIJIL VAKSINASI DIGITAL!
Sijil QR ini adalah hampir mustahil untuk dipalsukan kerana ia mempunyai tandatangan digital rasmi yang hanya boleh ditandatangani oleh KKM. Tandatangan digital ini akan disahkan apabila discan oleh dekoder/pengesah sijil.
Satu2 caranya untuk orang tidak beretika untuk menipu sistem ini adalah untuk mereka menggunakan sijil QR orang lain. Disebabkan ini, amat mustahak untuk anda melindungi sijil QR anda seperti ia adalah kata laluan/password!
