ROG seems to be on a mission to bring white-colored peripherals to its customers. We already have the ROG Zephyrus G14 in Moonlight White. So in today’s showcase, let’s go through the 4 peripherals that are available in Moonlight White.
So we have a total of 4 things here today:
- ROG Strix Scope NX TKL
- ROG Strix Impact II
- ROG Strix Go Core headset
- ROG Cetra II Core earphones
All these are already available in the market right now in the traditional black color. With that said, we’re not going to do a full review of these 4 peripherals here because it’s just a different colorway.
ROG Strix Scope NX TKL
This keyboard has a mix of brushed aluminium and matte finish, together with the ROG logo in bright white at the top right corner. This keyboard looks absolutely fantastic with its RGB LEDs set to white color.
Since this is keyboard uses the floating key design, the RGB is even brighter.
Plus, there’s an underglow light too. By the way, I should also highlight that ROG Strix Scope NX TKL comes with a grey-ish braided cable.
The keyboard in itself comes decked with features as it has on-board RGB mode and brightness controls, some multimedia controls, and also on-board profiles. that you can switch easily.
By the way, this keyboard uses the company’s exclusive ROG NX key switches. The one that we have here comes with the ROG NX Red mechanical switch and I think it feels pretty lightweight. If you want us to do a full review of this keyboard with the ROG NX mechanical key switch, let us know.
ROG Strix Impact II
As for the mouse, this is pretty standard. This is functionally the same as the mouse that we reviewed late last year, but now in white and also has a grey-ish cable permanently attached to it.
The overall grip, feel, texture are identical to that mouse so check out this review if you want to know more about this mouse.
Also since both the ROG Strix Scope NX TKL keyboard and the Strix Impact II mouse are compatible with Aura Sync too. Just install the Armoury Crate software and you can start syncing them together.
ROG Strix Go Core headset
This headset is pretty basic, I’ll say. It’s a headset that connects to your devices via 3.5mm audio jack and that’s it. It also comes with a detachable microphone if you don’t want to use it.
One thing I gotta say is that wearing this headset makes it look like I’m wearing eggs on my head. I mean, the earcups are white and they’re curved like an egg.
Overall, the ROG Strix Go Core headset is pretty comfortable to wear and the design is something that I can highlight enough – it looks really clean with a mixture of the Moonlight White plus a few metallic silver accents.
ROG Cetra II Core earphone
Then finally, if you’re not into headphones, the ROG Cetra II Core earphones are here for you.
Everything is now in white and grey – even the hardshell case is white in color!
Where to buy?
We still don’t have the pricing or availability for the four Moonlight White peripherals shown here – but we’ll definitely update you when we have more information.
