Samsung Electronics Malaysia has announced its all-new Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) and Galaxy A8+ (2018) is now available in Malaysia. The new selfie-centric smartphone has IP68 water & dust resistant and dual front camera to capture every moment brilliantly.

To showcase its selfie capabilities and IP68-rated water & dust resistance, the media launch event took place at the Skybar of the Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. For those who have been to the place, there is a pool right in the middle of the bar.
That goes without saying, it is a pool party filled with splashes and selfies. The Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) & A8+ (2018) features Samsung’s first ever phone with the dual front-facing camera. The 16MP + 8MP f/1.9 camera combination comes with 2 different lens configuration, standard angle and ultra-wide angle for both selfie and wefie.
Both come with the new 18:9 aspect ratio display at Full HD+ (1080×2220) resolution. The Galaxy A8 (2018) and Galaxy A8+ (2018) are powered by 3000mAh / 3500mAh batteries respectively. Under the hood is a Samsung Exynos 7885 with 4GB / 6GB RAM and 32GB / 64GB for Galaxy A8 (2018) and Galaxy A8+ (2018).
