While the Samsung Galaxy Note10 series was just announced not too long ago, we now have yet another new addition to the Galaxy Note10 family – the Note10 Lite. This smartphone is – in my opinion – a little weird.
In terms of the phone’s aesthetics, it seems like the Note10 Lite is pretty similar with the S10 Lite with a flat screen and a tiny Infinity-O notch at the center-top for the selfie camera. All the buttons are moved to the right side. Of course, the phone also comes with the S Pen and has Bluetooth LE connectivity. That means you can indeed use the S Pen like a remote control.
As for the specs of the Galaxy Note10 Lite, here it is:
- 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with 2400×1080 pixels in resolution
- Infinity-O notch at the center-top
- Unnamed chipset (10nm with 4x 2.7GHz + 4×1.7GHz cores)
- Up to 8GB RAM
- 128GB of internal storage (unsure if expandable via microSD)
- Triple rear-facing cameras
- Main: 12MP f/1.7 with dual-pixel AF
- Ultrawide angle: 12MP f/2.2 with OIS
- Telephoto: 12MP f/2.4 with OIS
There are a few key differences between the S10 Lite and the Note10 Lite. Firstly, the chipset. From what we can guess, the Note10 Lite seems to be using an even older chipset. We can’t confirm which chipset it is as of now.
Then secondly, the cameras. The Galaxy Note10 Lite does have the commonly-found main, ultrawide angle and telephoto cameras – but it lacks the new super steady OIS that is found on the S10 Lite. It also lacks the macro camera, by the way.
As of now, there is no price regarding the availability or pricing of the Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite. It is going to be difficult to price the Note10 Lite as it is trading blows with the basic Galaxy Note10.
