For those who watched the entire Galaxy Note9 Unpacked live stream online, then you’ve come across the one product that was shown too – the new Samsung Galaxy Watch. If you’ve been eyeing on a new piece smartwatch, then you’re in luck – the Galaxy Watch is arriving to Malaysia soon.

Samsung has had a reputable history of helping people achieve the most that they can in their everyday lives through a wide range of innovative choices. The Galaxy Watch is the latest device in Malaysia to do exactly that. With it, users can now accomplish more during their busy lives – and still look and feel good throughout the day. The Galaxy Watch is not only a more powerful and long-lasting wrist assistant that is equipped with new stress and sleep monitoring capabilities, it is also available with a more robust line-up to suit a person’s individual style through three new watch colours in Silver, Midnight Black, and Rose Gold along with interchangeable straps.

The new Galaxy Watch now also has a new stress management tracker, because stress affects your health as well. It can automatically detect high levels of stress and offers breathing exercises to help keep users centered and focused. In addition, a new advanced sleep tracker monitors all levels of sleep, including REM cycles, to help users adjust sleeping habits and get the rest they need to take on their day.

The Galaxy Watch also acts as a fitness tracker as it helps users achieve other health and wellness goals. It now has 21 more indoor exercises, tracking a total of 39 workouts.

Nutrition plays a large role in health as well, hence the new Galaxy Watch makes it easier to track your calorie intake and offer personalized alerts. You can actually use Bixby Vision via your Galaxy device to track your meals. Just take a picture of each meal and it’ll instantly log nutritional information in Samsung Health and on Galaxy Watch for better calorie management. Remember to post that pic to Instagram and Facebook as well.

Other than being a device for health, the Galaxy Watch is still… a watch. That’s why it comes in two sizes and a few colors. You can get it in a silver, 46mm version or a 42mm option in black or rose gold.

Then, you can even customize the watchface and swap the straps – including options from Braloba, a manufacturer of high quality watch straps.

The new Galaxy Watch also features analog watch ticks for watch faces with hour and second hand, hourly chimes, and a depth effect that casts shadows defining every detail on the watch face for a traditional look and feel. It is even rated for water resistance with a pressure of 5 ATM, and covered by Corning Gorilla Glass DX+.

Samsung also made it easy to control music as the Galaxy Watch can use Spotify even when offline and when your phone is not around.

Galaxy Watch will be available starting 5th October 2018 in Malaysia and Samsung Malaysia Electronics has a limited-time pre-order promotion from 1st to 4th October 2018 exclusively on Samsung E-Store.
