Powering Samsung Galaxy devices with utmost protection, Knox Suite also streamlines IT operations and maximizes workforce productivity through tailored tools and now with more flexible tiers, businesses and organizations can optimize even further in terms of requirements and budget, leading to a more comprehensive and intelligent management of the entire ecosystem.
Here’s a quick rundown of the 3 tiers offered through the new scalable update:
- Base – Included with all Samsung Galaxy devices; Seamlessly enroll devices into Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions and ensure government-grade security; Comes with Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME) and Knox Platform for Enterprise (KPE)
- Essentials – All of the ‘Base’ tier + Knox Manage for unified, cross-platform device management and Knox Remote Support for real-time troubleshooting
- Enterprise – The full suite of powerful tools for managing extensive device fleets with granular OS version control, intelligent insights, and advanced features for frontline workers; Includes -FOTA, Knox Asset Intelligence, Knox Capture, and Knox Authentication Manager on top of everything within the ‘Essentials’ tier
Additionally, those who have already invested in Galaxy Enterprise Edition will now receive 1-year of Enterprise plan for free.
