I’ve never seen a phone manufacturer that does this before. Samsung is the first one ever to pull off such a stunt, and I am quite sure that many people will be queuing up for it.
Seriously, did you see the official announcement of this deal on Samsung’s very own Malaysian Facebook page?
The reason why I’m saying there will be an extreme queue for it? The fine print reads “Available on a first come, first served basis”. Definitely there will be a lot of kiasu people getting there ahead of time to get the Golden Ticket needed for this deal!
Then the other fine print states that it is “Available only at the roadshows”, so make sure you get the time, date, and venue confirmed for the roadshow nearest to you!
