As the COVID-19 pandemic spreads throughout Malaysia, awareness seems to be what Malaysians lack the most. With how many people still wander around the public or insists to dine in various places, everyone needs to play their part in raising awareness and exercising the necessary social distancing precautions as outlined by the government.
With that being said, TikTok is now officially supporting the move of spreading awareness by exercising proper information delivery, debunk common myths and answering FAQs. With COVID-19 being such a hot topic today, I think it’s a great time for us to spread awareness via TikTok.
TikTok also has a new microsite to keep track of all the coronavirus cases. TikTok will update this microsite daily, displaying the total number of people infected and deaths due to COVID-19.
It displays both Malaysian-only and global statistics separately. There is also another graph to see the global cumulative number of confirmed cases. Looking at the graph now, we really need to take action quick. The current trendline projection is already bad enough – so let’s practice social distancing.
