I guess it’s a little unexpected that TP-Link, of all companies, enters the smartphone market. I mean, from world renowned provider of networking products, now enters the smartphone market under the moniker of Neffos.
Neffos is clearly not aimed to compete the high and mighty smartphone manufacturers, as the two smartphones announced by them are in the sub-RM600 range. Introducing the Neffos C5 and the Neffos C5L.
The Neffos C5 features a 5-inch 720p display with a Mediatek MT6735 chipset that has a quad-core processor. It also has 16GB of storage with 2GB of RAM. The price of it is at RM539, which you can check it out here.
The Neffos C5L on the other hand has a FWVGA, or 854×480 resolution display, with a Snaopdragon 210 chipset. It is also equipped with 8GB of storage, and 1GB of RAM. The Neffos C5L is priced at RM359, which you can check it out here.
Both smartphones are available on Lazada starting 12th of April, and you can definitely look out for better deals here, as some of them are offering a free power bank with your purchase of the Neffos C5 or Neffos C5L!
