Since the mistake on Android 4.4 KitKat’s mistake of showing off the alleged Nexus 5, renders, rumours, leaks and more news have been flying out in all directions.
The latest news is that there are two LG phones from the LG-D820 family that just got its WiFi certification, the LG-D820_S and also the LG-D820_C. Up until now, no one knows what the S and C stands for.
It is unknown that the referred model is the upcoming Nexus 5, but no one really knows. The source link also tells that the two phones have dual-band WiFi support under a/b/g/n/ac bands and also supports WiFi Direct. Definitely does help in connecting phones together to get data through each other at a fast rate.
The LG Nexus 5 is said to be revealed on the same day as Android 4.4 KitKat’s announcement, which is on the 14th of October 2013. Again, the highlight is on the word “said”, as Google never sent out media invites yet.
